Problem
When trying to upload multiple photos to a job, the process locks up and shows Loading continuously.
Solution
Open your web browser.
Go to the browser settings. This can vary by browser. Look for three dots or lines in the corner of your browser window.
Find the option for Clear browsing data or Clear cache. This might be under Privacy and Security.
Select to clear cached images and files. You might see options for how far back to clear.
Tip: Select All time to clear everything.
Close the settings.
Open a new tab in your browser.
Go back to ServiceTitan and try uploading photos to a job again.
