Problem
A user receives emails whenever an auto batch fails.
Solution
Address permissions
Go to Settings
.In the People section, click Employees.
Search for the user who needs to stop receiving the auto batch failed email.
Click Edit on the user's name to open their profile.
Find the permission Receive payment autobatching failure emails and deselect the permission. This stops the auto batch failed emails for the user.

Save your changes.
By following these steps, the user will no longer receive notifications for auto batch failures.
