What is causing the Review Application for Payment button to remain grayed out?

Problem

When trying to create an app for payment, the review application button is grayed out. This is because one of the Description of Value items has a space after its name. Description of Work items cannot contain leading or trailing whitespaces in the name.

Solution

Address leading or trailing whitespaces

1. Search for and navigate to the project.

2. Go to the Actions dropdown menu and select Add Application for Payment.

3. Look for any Description of Work names in Column B that have a space at the end. Description of Work items that have a leading or trailing whitespace are highlighted in red.
   

4. Click on the Description of Work item and remove any leading or trailing whitespaces.

5. Edit the Description of Work by removing the spaces at the beginning or the end of the description. 

6. Once you have removed any leading or trailing whitespaces the Description of Work will no longer be highlighted in red.

7. By removing any leading or trailing whitespaces, the Review Application for Payment button should no longer be gray, allowing you to review the Application for Payment.

By following these steps you should be able to resolve the error and successfully create the Application for Payment.
