What is causing all incoming calls to go straight to voicemail in Phones Pro?

Problem

Incoming calls are going straight to voicemail. Outgoing calls are working fine. The issue may be due to routing settings in DialPad's Main Line.

Solution

Use the following steps to check and update your Main Line call routing settings in Dialpad to ensure incoming calls aren't being sent straight to voicemail.

Adjust Dialpad Call Routing

  1. In Dialpad, go to Admin Settings > Office > Main Line.

  2. Select Business hours and call routing, and then click Edit Call Routing.

  3. Check your Open and Closed Hours Routing.

  4. Ensure the routing is not set to Directly to voicemail.        

    Note: If the Main Line forwards calls to a Department or Contact Center, verify their respective routing settings as well.

  5. Test incoming calls to confirm they no longer go to voicemail.
