Problem
You missed a call because you were on another call and did not see a green bubble pop up on your screen. You want to ensure that there are no issues with the system and that you do not miss any more calls.
Solution
Go to Dialpad.com.
Locate the Department that you want to turn on the Hold Queue setting.
On the Department screen, scroll down to the Business Hour & Call Routing section and open the menu.
Scroll down to the Call Routing section and click Edit Call Routing.
In the window that opens, under the Open Hours Routing tab, scroll down to the Hold Queue section and select the Enable the hold queue checkbox.
Set your desired controls. The hold queue is now active.
Check if the call bubble generates when you are busy with another call
When you are on a call, check if the call bubble generates when another call comes in.
If the call bubble does not generate, proceed to the next step.
Navigate to Dialpad and turn on the hold queue settings
Log in to Dialpad.
Go to the settings.
Turn on the Hold Queue settings.
Save the changes.
