Introduction
Go to Settings > People > Employees, and edit the employee's profile. Under the Permissions tab, select Reporting Permissions and enable View for the relevant legacy report categories. Save your changes to grant access.
Problem
A user needs access to a legacy report in ServiceTitan. This issue typically occurs when users can access the main reports section but receive access denied messages for specific legacy reports due to missing template permissions. You can go to Settings > Operations > Reporting Settings > Reporting Permissions to grant this access.

Workflow Summary
- Go to Settings > Operations > Reporting Settings > Reporting Permissions.
- Click Edit next to the employee you want to give access to the legacy report.
- Click the Legacy Report Categories tab.
- Select View for all legacy report categories the employee should have access to.
- Click Save.
By following these steps, the new employee will now have access to the specified legacy reports in ServiceTitan.
