Enterprise Hub
Push and pull reports and dashboards between Enterprise Hub and single-tenant accounts to streamline data management: Previously, moving reports and dashboards required manually recreating them in Enterprise Hub, which took time and effort. Now, a new permission-based feature allows reports to be automatically transferred between single-tenant accounts and Enterprise Hub. You can now simply pull data from single tenants into Enterprise Hub reports and push data from Enterprise Hub reports to single tenants. This makes migration easier and ensures standardized reporting across large networks.

[New] Use the Reporting Dictionary to find the right data fields and create accurate reports faster: The Reporting Dictionary, formerly called the Reporting Library, is now generally available. Before, you had to guess which report template held the data fields you needed. Now, you can search for and get explanations for each template and data field. This helps you pull the right information without hassle, ensuring you get accurate reports every time. You asked, we listened! See the following for more:

[New] Manage configurations across multiple tenants with the Centralized Feature Gate Manager in Enterprise Hub: Previously, enterprise businesses had to configure feature gates one tenant at a time, leading to inconsistencies and inefficiencies. Now, this tool enables the bulk application of settings across multiple tenants, ensuring standardization and reducing manual work. See the following for more:

[Improvement] Streamline financial tracking with Centralized GL Account Management in Centralized Pricebook: If you manage multiple locations, you can now pull default GL accounts from a designated source tenant, ensuring consistency across all locations. Previously, GL accounts were manually entered, leading to errors and mismatches when pushing updates. Now, if an account is missing or incorrectly mapped, a Push History error notification provides tenant-specific details, allowing manual correction or automated creation and mapping of missing accounts. [Fix] All rows of data available in EH Roles and EH Users reports in Rollup Reporting: You can now see data for all roles and users in the EH Roles and EH Users reports. Previously, the reports only showed data for roles and users that had assignments.

Enterprise Hub Rollup Reporting
Ability to join templates is now available in Rollup Reporting with Multi-Template Reports - Now in Early Access: The new multi-template reports update for Rollup Reporting allows you to combine separate report templates into a single report. For example, you can now create a report that combines Technician Performance + Business Performance to see how well your technicians performed on each Business Unit. This helps increase the visibility of business performance while enhancing operational efficiency. Some limitations to consider about multi-template reports for the Early Access:
Not all report templates support joins. You can only join templates that contain a similar join entity, which is a unique ID-based column that is shared between the templates. For example, Business Unit ID or
Invoice ID.
At this time, you can only combine two templates into one report. Future improvements will allow you to join more.
