Manage configurations for multiple tenants in Enterprise Hub

The Centralized Feature Configurations hub, hosted in Enterprise Hub, enables you to manage feature gates across multiple tenants at scale. This hub allows feature gates to be enabled and disabled across dozens or hundreds of tenants instantly, ensuring standardization and saving time by eliminating the need for manual workflows.  


Who uses this feature

  • Owners, general managers, administrators, and centralized call center representatives (CSRs)

  • Applies to all business types

  • Applies to all trades

Feature configuration

  • This feature requires an Enterprise Hub network. Contact your Customer Success Manager to request a network or contact technical support for details.

Things to know

  • On Demand configurations can be activated or deactivated immediately. By Request configurations are more complex and require ServiceTitan Support to review them before they can be activated or deactivated. 

  • For By Request configurations, support tickets will be generated for updating all tenant accounts with packages that support the selected feature. No tickets will be created for tenant accounts with packages that do not support the chosen configurations.

Activate and deactivate On Demand configurations

If you want to instantly enable or disable configurations for multiple tenant accounts:

  1. In Enterprise Hub, click Centralized Feature Configurations.

  2. Under Configuration List, click On Demand.  

  3. Find and select the configurations you want to enable or disable for multiple tenants.

    Tip: You can enter keywords into the search bar or use the Category filter to find the correct configurations.

  4. Click Activate or Deactivate.

  5. If you want to enable or disable a single configuration, click Activate or Deactivate from the Action column.

Activate and deactivate By Request configurations

If you want to submit requests to ServiceTitan support to enable or disable configurations for multiple tenant accounts:

  1. In Enterprise Hub, click Centralized Feature Configurations

  2. Under Configuration List, click By Request.  

  3. Find and select the configurations you want to enable or disable for multiple tenants.  

    Tip: You can enter keywords into the search bar or use the Category filter to find the correct configurations.    

  4. Click Submit Request.

  5. (Optional) Enter a message for ServiceTitan support.  

  6. Select the tenant accounts you want this request applied to.  

  7. When finished, click Submit Request.

  8. If you want to enable or disable a single configuration, click Submit Request from the Action column.

Grant tenants access to configurations

If you want certain tenants to have the ability to manage their own feature configurations:

  1. In Enterprise Hub, click Centralized Feature Configurations.

  2. Click Tenants.

  3. Click the Self-serve Access to Configurations toggle to enable or disable it for each tenant.

Edit the configurations of a single tenant

If you want to enable or disable configurations for just one tenant account: 

  1. In Enterprise Hub, click Centralized Feature Configurations.

  2. Click Tenants.

  3. Click Edit for the tenant you want to enable or disable configurations for.

  4. Repeat the steps for Activate and deactivate On Demand configurations or Activate and deactivate By Request configurations.
