POS Tab Stuck

Problem

The POS tab is stuck and an invoice has been created, but it cannot be paid or deleted. This issue is preventing the sale of a part.

Solution

  1. Clear cache and cookies in ServiceTitan.

  2. Log out of ServiceTitan and log back in.

  3. Check if the issue has been resolved by going to the POS tab and checking if the invoice can now be paid or deleted.

  4. If the issue persists, contact Technical Support for further assistance.

Note: Clearing cache and cookies removes any old versions of the software or cookies that may be preventing the action from being performed. It is recommended to clear cache and cookies periodically to prevent issues like this from occurring.
