Problem

Office employees report slowness in ServiceTitan. Some elements on fully loaded pages take up to 3 seconds to load.

Solution

Identify and resolve the slowness issues in ServiceTitan for your office staff.

Check internet speed

  1. Test your internet connection speed.

  2. If slow, contact your internet service provider.

Clear cache and cookies in Google Chrome

  1. On your computer, open Google Chrome.

  2. At the top right, click More and then Clear browsing data.

  3. A new window opens.

  4. Select the Advanced tab.

  5. From the Time range dropdown, select All time.

  6. Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

  7. Click Clear data.

Use incognito mode

  1. On your computer, open Google Chrome.

  2. At the top right, click More and then Clear browsing data.

  3. Select New Incognito Window.

  4. Log in to ServiceTitan and check if it's faster.

Review computer performance

  1. Check your computer for any running programs that might slow it down.

  2. Close unnecessary programs.

Update your browser

  1. Open Google Chrome.

  2. Click More in the top right corner.

  3. Go to Help > About Google Chrome.

  4. Chrome will check for updates.

  5. If there's an update, Chrome will install it automatically.

  6. Relaunch Chrome.

Check ServiceTitan on a different computer

  1. Log in to ServiceTitan from a different computer.

  2. Compare the performance.
