Overview
The Centralized Pricebook Audit Trail in Enterprise Hub lets you view every change made within your Pricebook, whether it's updating service pricing, modifying categories, or adjusting vendor assignments. Track who made a change, what was changed, and when it occurred, ensuring transparency and accountability across the organization.

Feature configuration
This feature requires an Enterprise Hub network. Contact your Customer Success Manager to request a network or contact technical support for details.
Access Centralized Pricebook Audit Trail
Go to enterprise-hub.servicetitan.com and log in with your credentials.
Click Audit Trail.

In the side panel, go to Centralized Pricebook.

View Centralized Pricebook Audit Trail in Enterprise Hub
The Centralized Pricebook Audit Trail module lets you view the following information:
Date and Time: When the record was changed.
Pricebook: Pricebook in which the change was made.
Username: The user account that made the change.
Action: The action performed by the user, such as create, update, or delete.
Entity: The type of record that was modified, such as material, equipment, service item, category, or vendor.
Field: The specific field in the record that was modified, such as name, code, description, unit of measure, or price.
Before: The value of the field before the change.
After: The value of the field after the change.
View Details: Open a detailed record that shows the full change context.

Filter the Centralized Pricebook Audit Trail records
You can filter the accounting audit trail records using the filter dropdowns at the top of the table. You can filter the records by:
Date Range
Pricebook
User
Action

View Centralized Pricebook Audit Trail details
To get a more detailed view of changes made to a specific record:
On the Centralized Pricebook Audit Trail screen, find the record you want to view.
Click View Details for that record.

On the audit trail detailed view screen that opens, review the log of changes made to that record.
(Optional) Use the filter dropdowns to filter the log of changes.
