Streamline managing your tenants' Marketing Pro Ads integrations with Enterprise Hub. View the status of each tenant's integrations and access their integration settings directly in the tenant, saving you time and effort.

Feature configuration
This feature requires an Enterprise Hub network. Please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to request a network or contact Technical Support for details.
Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact Technical Support for details.
Grant access to Marketing Pro Enterprise
The Marketing Pro Enterprise module is required to access Ads Tenants in Enterprise Hub. To grant access to Marketing Pro Enterprise for a role:
In Enterprise Hub, click User Management.
Select Roles.
Create a new user role or edit an existing user role.
In the EnterpriseHub permissions tab, enable the View permission for Marketing.
Click Save Changes.
Users assigned this role can now see the Marketing module in EnterpriseHub.
Access Ads Tenants in Marketing Pro Enterprise
Enter the Enterprise Hub URL into a web browser.
Enter your username and password.
Click Sign in.
Click Marketing to open Marketing Pro Enterprise.
In the side menu, click Ads to open the Ads Tenants screen.
Manage Ads tenants' integrations
On the Ads Tenants screen, you can view and manage the Marketing Pro Ads integrations for each of your tenants.
You can:
Search for a tenant by name.
Filter the table by Date Added or Status.
View the following information for each tenant:
Tenant ID: The unique ID of the tenant.
Tenant Name: The name of the tenant.
Date Added: The date the tenant's account was first set up for Marketing Pro Ads.
Track the status of the following Marketing Pro Ads integrations for each tenant:
Click View Settings to access the settings for an integration directly in the tenant. You can then configure or update the integration's settings as needed.
Click the header of a column to sort it in ascending or descending order.
Understand Ads integration statuses
You can monitor the status of each tenant's Marketing Pro Ads integrations on the Ads Tenants screen. The statuses include:
Not Started: The setup for the integration is not started.
In Progress: The setup for the integration is currently in progress.
Error: There is an issue with the integration setup.
Complete: The setup for the integration is complete.
