Is there a way to bulk delete tags from customer profiles in ServiceTitan?

Problem

You want to remove a specific tag from multiple customer profiles in ServiceTitan

Solution

There are two ways to remove tags from customer profiles in bulk, either by manually removing the tags from customer profiles, or by deactivating the tag which removes the tag from all profiles rather than specific ones.

Deactivate the tag

1. Go to the Settings > Operations > Tag Types

2. Find the tag you want to remove

3. Click Edit on the desired tag.

4. Click Deactivate.

5. Confirm the deactivation when prompted.

6. Click Save.

7. The tag will be removed from all customer profiles.

Manually remove tag

1. Search for and open the customer's record.

2. Click Edit next to the Tags section.

3. From the Edit Customer window, remove the tag.

4. Click Save.
