FAQ
Why should I check the Deactivate Old Pricebook box when importing a new pricebook in ServiceTitan?
Checking this box prevents duplicate entries and pricing discrepancies by deactivating the existing pricebook before importing the new one.
Can I use a vendor-specific template to import materials or equipment into ServiceTitan?
No, ServiceTitan does not provide vendor-specific templates. Instead, use the Pricebook Excel template in the Import/Export feature in your Pricebook. Export the template, add materials or equipment from any supplier, and import it back into your Pricebook.
