How do I create a document showing customer credit in their profile?

Problem

You need to generate a document that shows the credit your customers have in their profile.

Solution

  1. Search for and go to the customer profile.

  2. On the Customer Record, click the More icon on the top right and select Statement Actions > Print Statement.

  3. The statement shows the unapplied credit at the bottom of the page, along with the date the credit was put into the system.

  4. You can print this document for your customer or, alternatively, you can select Email Statement to send the statement to the customer through email.
