How to remove a sold change order

Problem

You want to unsell a change order, but the Unsell button is not available. You need to remove the sold change order.

Solution

1. Search for and open the project you would like to remove the change order from.

2. On the project, click the Estimates section on the side menu.

3. Open the Change Order Estimate you would like to remove.

4. Duplicate the estimate that has the sold change order.

5. Click the opportunity number on the duplicated estimate and delete the original estimate that has the sold change order. The sold change order will be removed.
