Solution Open Audit Trail Search for and open the Customer Record for which you want to view changes.
From the left side menu, select Audit Trail .
Tip: Use the date and username filters to narrow your search. For more, see Use the audit trail on customer and Location Record s .
Note: If the change happened within the last 14 days, you can contact ServiceTitan support with the customer's name so we can help you verify the information.
