Problem
When attempting to print an invoice with the new document template manager, you may encounter the error message "Error: Parse Error: <1 Hour". This error occurs because HTML cannot parse the "<" sign in the text.
Solution
Open the invoice that you are trying to print in ServiceTitan.
Check if there are any "<" signs in the text of the invoice.
If there are "<" signs, remove them from the text.
Save the changes to the invoice.
Try printing the invoice again using the new document template manager.
Note: Template Manager does not remove the "<" sign from the text, so it is important to manually remove it before printing the invoice.
