Error: Parse Error: '1 Hour' when Printing Invoice with Template Manager

Problem

When attempting to print an invoice with the new document template manager, you may encounter the error message "Error: Parse Error: <1 Hour". This error occurs because HTML cannot parse the "<" sign in the text.

Solution

  1. Open the invoice that you are trying to print in ServiceTitan.

  2. Check if there are any "<" signs in the text of the invoice.

  3. If there are "<" signs, remove them from the text.

  4. Save the changes to the invoice.

  5. Try printing the invoice again using the new document template manager.

Note: Template Manager does not remove the "<" sign from the text, so it is important to manually remove it before printing the invoice.
