After creating a GL asset account in ServiceTitan to match QuickBooks Desktop, it does not show up in the dropdown menu.

By following these steps, you should resolve the issue of the GL asset account not appearing in the dropdown menu.

  1. In the main navigation bar, go to Pricebook.

  2. Click on Materials and search for the item.

  3. Hover over the item, click on the Actions icon that appears and select View/Edit Material

  4. In the Income Account or Expense Account dropdown, search for the GL account

  5. If it does not appear, conduct a hard refresh of your screen. Usually either Command + R or Ctrl + F5.

  6. Check the dropdown menu again. If it still does not appear, contact Technical Support.
