Problem
A general ledger account in QuickBooks Desktop is not appearing in the Map Chart of Accounts section of the QuickBooks Desktop settings in ServiceTitan.
Solution
Go to the Map Chart of Accounts in ServiceTitan by going to Settings > Integrations > Quickbooks Desktop and selecting the correct connection.
Click Edit for Chart of Accounts Mapped.
Perform a hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + F5 on your keyboard (for PC).
If the General Ledger account is still not showing, please contact ServiceTitan support for further assistance.
