Users cannot create or edit inventory adjustment types.

Edit inventory adjustment types

There are two types of inventory adjustments available: Inventory Quality Adjustment and a Beginning Balance. The Beginning Balance option is used when first implementing ServiceTitan or when setting up the Inventory module. The Inventory Quantity Adjustment option is used to correct any discrepancies, add new stock, or remove items no longer in your inventory.

It is not possible to create or edit inventory adjustment types. This is by design to keep inventory management straightforward and consistent.
