Can’t Create Project Label Called Shipping

Problem

You are unable to create a project label called Shipping on the Create Project Label tab. When attempting to add the label, the system displays a message indicating that the label already exists, even though it is not displayed on the screen.

Solution

Rename the Shipping Project Label

1. Go to Settings > Operations > Project Settings > Create Project Label.

2. Enter the name Shipping for the project label.

3. If the system displays a message indicating that the label already exists, change the name by adding symbols or additional words. Here are some examples:        

   1. 1. Shipping

   2. Shipping!

   3. Shipping.

   4. Shipping_

   5. Freight shipping

   6. Equipment Shipping

4. Save the project label.
