How to Enable the Financials Tab on Projects

Problem

You are an employee who can't see the Financials tab under projects in ServiceTitan.

Solution

Enable the Show financials permission

  1. Open the project you want to view.

  2. Check if the Financials tab is visible. If not, proceed to the next step.

  3. Go to Settings A simple icon representing a settings gear. > Employees > Edit > Permissions.

  4. Search for the Show financials permission and make sure it is checked. The Show financials permission.

  5. Save your changes.

  6. Go back to the project and check if the Financials tab is now visible. A cursor clicking the Financials tab.        

    Note: You may need to refresh the page to see the tab.

Congratulations! You have successfully enabled the Financials tab under projects in ServiceTitan.
