Overview

Enterprise Hub Next is a sandbox environment designed to help you explore new features and upcoming changes without impacting your live account. While your Enterprise Hub account is your primary environment, Enterprise Hub Next serves as the testing platform, ensuring the integrity of your company data.

Who uses this feature

  • All users

  • Applies to all business types

Things to know

  • You can sign in to Next using the same username and password as your live Enterprise Hub account.

Important: If you have trouble signing in to Next, reset your password in your live account and then sign in to Next using your newly set password. Only use reset password in Next if you created a user in Next to test something out, and need to reset their password. If the user exists in your live account, then reset the password there.

  • When you change your username or password in your live account, your sign-in info will automatically be updated in Next. Note that the sync between the two environments can take up to four weeks.

  • Emails and SMS messages do not get delivered in Next. This means your users and tenants will not get notifications based on actions you take in this sandbox environment. The only exception is for sign-in and password-related emails.

  • Customer support can’t be contacted from sandbox environments. Please visit go.servicetitan.com/ask to submit your request.

Sign in to Enterprise Hub Next

  1. Go to enterprise-hub-next.servicetitan.com and log in with your credentials.
Login screen for Enterprise Hub with fields for username and password.

  2. Sign in using the same username and password you use to sign in to the Enterprise Hub live account. If you can’t sign in, go to enterprise-hub.servicetitan.com and select Forgot Password?

Note: If you use the Next environment, your login information will automatically get updated from your live account to Next.

Updates in Enterprise Hub NEXT

  • Enterprise Hub Next is updated every four weeks on Mondays. However, each module follows its own individual schedule.

  • Reporting changes aren’t reflected in Enterprise Hub Next.

  • Next is not a stable environment as we deliver the new release on Next before delivering it to the primary environment.

  • Because this is a sandbox environment that changes as we release, the changes you make in Enterprise Hub Next will expire in a week. If you want to save the changes before they expire, export them.

  • New releases and updates appear in Enterprise Hub Next before they show up in your live account.

  5. If issues persist, contact technical support.
