Manage tenants in Enterprise Hub

Overview

Enterprise Hub (EH) is ServiceTitan’s multi-tenant platform that enables management across multiple ServiceTitan tenants. In Enterprise Hub, you can view tenants assigned to you and log into multiple tenants.


Who uses this feature

  • Owners, general managers, administrators, and centralized call center representatives (CSRs)

  • Applies to all business types

Feature configuration

  • This feature requires an Enterprise Hub network. Contact your Customer Success Manager to request a network or contact technical support for details.

Grant access to My Tenants

To grant access to My Tenants for a role:

  1. On the Enterprise Hub Modules screen, click User Management.

    Tip: You can also search within modules. To enable additional modules, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

  2. Select Roles.

  3. Either create a new user role or edit an existing user role.

  4. In the EnterpriseHub permissions tab, enable the View My Tenants permission for My Tenants.

  5. Click Save Changes. Users assigned this role can now see the My Tenants module in Enterprise Hub.

Access Tenants

Access my tenants by going to enterprise-hub.servicetitan.com and logging in with your credentials.

Manage your tenants

You can manage your assigned tenants.

In the My Tenants section, select the tenant’s name to sign in to their ServiceTitan account with your company name and click on it and you are redirected to ServiceTitan and logged in as the selected tenant with your company name.

You can view my tenants in both Grid and List modes.

Search for tenants

You can search for tenants by their names. The search uses filters to narrow down information. Enter the name of the tenant you are looking for.

The My tenants section displays all search results.

To delete search results, click Delete  next to the search item.

Access TitanAdvisor

You can access TitanAdvisor for each of your tenants by logging in through Enterprise Hub. To view the TAD score, you need to log in separately to each tenant, as there is no combined score.

To access TAD:

  1. Click My Tenants.

  2. Select the tenant and click on it.

  3. Click TitanAdvisor   in the navigation bar to access it.


FAQ

What can the user do if they don't see the tenant name near the ServiceTitan logo when they are logged in to the tenant account through the My Tenants module?

The user should contact the technical support to activate the showcompanyname feature gate.

Why can't I access a specific tenant through Enterprise Hub?

  1. Try Incognito mode and clear your cache.

  2. Verify the tenant is assigned to your user.

  3. Confirm your user account is active in that tenant.

  4. If issues persist, contact technical support.

Why don't I see any tenants in my Enterprise Hub account?

  1. Clear your browser cache.

  2. Verify tenant assignments in User Management.

  3. Confirm your role includes View permissions for My Tenants.

Why is ServiceTitan opening the wrong tenant when making manual calls in the Centralized Contact Center in Enterprise Hub?

You must initiate outbound calls using Click-to-Call in ServiceTitan to ensure calls are correctly recorded and the right tenant screen pops display in the Centralized Contact Center.

Can a tenant with Contact Center Pro leave Enterprise Hub, and how do they move them to their own individual Enterprise Hub?

Tenants with Contact Center Pro must stay in Enterprise Hub. To move from a shared to a dedicated Enterprise Hub, you must contact the Contact Center Pro (CC Pro) team. They will  re-use the existing Enterprise Hub Network structure for the single tenant.

What can I do if my tenant can't log in to Enterprise Hub?
