Enhance your security when signing in to the Field Mobile App: This update helps protect sensitive information by adding a second layer of security when signing in to the Field Mobile App. You’ll now see a new Sign In button that directs you to enter your existing credentials to sign in. Easily sign in to the Next Environment in the Field Mobile App: You can now sign in to the Next environment from the initial Sign In screen and switch environments from the More menu to test things out in a non-live environment. Configure the Field Mobile App using permissions for different license types: With this update, technicians with Non-Managed Technician and Managed Installer license types can use the Field Mobile App, in addition to the existing support for Managed Technicians. Additional technician-specific permissions help streamline workflows: This update supports high-usage permissions, helping you manage tasks and roles efficiently. Now, permissions are tailored to features already in use.
