Track and manage your crew’s hours with Crew Timekeeping: Previously, lead technicians couldn’t create or edit timesheets for their team all at once. Now, for technicians with specific permissions, you can view, add, and update timesheets for multiple technicians in one step, keeping pay accurate. You can also group and filter by teams, business units, projects, and more to directly add time for specific jobs and projects. Note: This is not yet available for Continuous Timekeeping.
Access Memberships & Recurring services right in the Field Mobile App: Before, you couldn’t view or sell memberships while in the field. This update brings core Memberships functionality—previously only available in the legacy ServiceTitan mobile app—into the latest version of the Field Mobile App. For more, see Manage memberships.

Add the new Cost Code field to track technician time better and improve Job Costing: Before, technicians’ project time wasn't clearly categorized, making it harder to manage costs. Now, a new Cost Code field shows up on timesheet entries when a project is selected, offering quick insight into labor spend. The system fills the dropdown based on office settings or provides dropdown values based on the project selected.
