What's changing?
Before, Replacement Parts in Field Pro only showed the Bluon part name and number. Technicians could not add that part straight to an invoice or estimate. They had to remember or write down the part, then search the pricebook or a vendor site and hope they picked the right item. Now, Replacement Part Finder uses Bluon data and smart matching inside ServiceTitan to line up compatible replacements with items in your pricebook and activated vendor catalogs. From the job, a technician can look up the original part, see compatible items that match your pricebook, and add the right part straight to an invoice or estimate or save it as a job note.
