Before, managers had to sign in to ServiceTitan and other tools, check several reports, open recordings, and scan job notes to spot rehash jobs and coaching needs, which took time and made it easy to miss high value work. Now, managers get one Field Pro Daily Insights Email per team at 12 AM Pacific Time (PT) that shows top rehash opportunities with estimated revenue, new comments on jobs and recordings, specific skill highlights and coaching moments with links to recordings, total recording activity with low recording rates flagged, and the top Ask Atlas answers from the last day, all linked back to ServiceTitan so you can take action right away.

At the start of the day, you sign in to ServiceTitan and open several reports to review yesterday's jobs and sales.
You open insights in Field Pro to see who is not recording or who might need coaching.
You click into separate recordings in Field Pro to read comments and notes to find follow up work.
You build your own list of rehash and coaching opportunities in a notebook or spreadsheet.
Impact: You spend more time hunting for insights, can miss high value rehash jobs, and do not always coach the right people at the right time.
After
Each morning after 12 AM Pacific Time (PT), you open the Field Pro Daily Insights Email for each team.
You scan the rehash section to see the top follow up jobs from the last day, with potential level badges and estimated revenue.
You review new comments, skill highlights, and coaching callouts, then click links to recordings and job records from the email.
You check recording and Ask Atlas activity to spot team members who need help, then plan coaching or rehash follow up for the day.
Impact: You get a single daily view of team activity and revenue opportunities, spend less time digging through ServiceTitan, and can act faster on rehash and coaching that drive more booked work.
