Track remaining steps and improve clarity with the Scheduler Progress Bar

Prev Next

This improvement helps reduce confusion and drop-off by showing how many steps are left in the scheduling process.

What's changing with the Scheduler Progress Bar?

Before, customers scheduling jobs couldn't see how many steps were left. This led to uncertainty and unfinished bookings. There were also multiple edit buttons on the same screen, which caused confusion. The new Scheduler Progress Bar shows a visual step counter and replaces extra edit buttons with simple forward and back buttons.

Before and After

Before (Current)

  1. Open Scheduling Pro.

  2. Begin a booking with the default scheduler.

  3. Follow steps without any progress indicator.

  4. See multiple edit buttons on the same screen.

  5. Complete booking with no visual step feedback.

Impact: Customers often abandon bookings due to unclear progress. Try the current workflow in your account.
