Sync custom fields and content portal across tenants with TitanExchange to reduce setup work

This improvement adds a new Content Portal and new templates: Custom Fields and Content Portal templates to TitanExchange, helping teams share and access resources more efficiently.

What's changing?

Before, adding or editing custom fields for integrations in one tenant required manually updating the same fields in every connected tenant. Now, when you create or change a custom field, TitanExchange can sync that change to all connected tenants in the network. This removes the need to recreate or manually configure the field in each tenant. Also, with the new Content Portal template, you can access documents, videos, and other resources. These templates help standardize how data and content are shared across tenants.

  1. In Enterprise Hub, click TitanExchange.

  2. No Content Portal template is available.

  3. No Customer Fields template is available.

Impact: Setup and maintenance for integrations across multiple tenants took extra time and led to configuration errors.

Try the current workflow in your account.

After

  1. In Enterprise Hub, click TitanExchange.

  2. Click the Content Portal template.

  3. Access shared resources: videos or other materials.

  4. Click the Custom Fields template.

  5. Access all custom fields.

Impact: Reduces duplication, speeds up onboarding, and ensures field consistency across connected tenants.

How it works for your industry

Residential Service and Replacement

  • An administrator builds a Custom Fields template with HVAC-specific data and syncs it across all regional tenants, reducing repeated setup.

  • A dispatcher uploads training videos to the Content Portal and shares them using a Content Portal template for new hires.

Commercial Service and Replacement

  • An administrator updates a Custom Field for RTU (rooftop unit) preventive maintenance (PM) and syncs it to all tenants supporting enterprise clients.

  • A CSR uploads building-specific access instructions to the Content Portal template and makes them available across branches.

Residential Construction

  • An administrator pushes a Custom Fields template that includes region-specific project details to all construction tenants.

  • A project manager uploads permitting guides to a Content Portal template to use across multiple job sites.

Commercial Construction

  • An administrator sets up a Custom Fields template for project tracking and pushes it to all related entities.

  • A dispatcher creates a Content Portal template that includes site safety videos shared across connected tenants.

How to Prepare?

  1. Confirm that all connected tenants have access to TitanExchange templates.

  2. Identify key documents, training videos, and other resources to upload to the Content Portal.

  3. Review your current custom fields and identify which should be shared across tenants.

  4. Train office staff on how to create, manage, and push Custom Fields and Content Portal templates.
