This improvement gives you a single The Campaign Registry (TCR) Brand Management screen in ServiceTitan so your team can set up multiple mixed use brands and campaigns, and associate phone numbers with clear steps and built-in checks.

Overview of TCR Brand Management with approved brand and campaign details listed.

What's changing?

Before, your team used the legacy You are Registered for Texting screen to manage The Campaign Registry (TCR) brand and campaign details. You had to gather your employer identification number (EIN) and company data from other tools, type everything in by hand, and try to keep track of limits and compliance steps on their own. Now, a new TCR Brand Management module in Phone Settings brings brand creation, campaign setup, number association, EIN lookup, terms acceptance, and soon audit logging into one guided screen, so your workflows for texting stay organized and compliant in a single place.

Resources

Before and After

Before (Current)

  1. Go to Settings > Your Account > Register for Texting.

  2. Gather employer identification number (EIN) and company details from outside tools or files.

  3. Type brand and campaign details by hand with limited on-screen guidance.

  4. Associate phone numbers to campaigns without clear limits or strong warnings.

  5. Track compliance steps and changes outside ServiceTitan with little audit history.

Impact: Higher chance of missing compliance steps, more carrier rejections, and more time spent fixing texting issues.

Try the current workflow in your account.

After

  1. Go to Settings > Phone / Phones Pro / Contact Center Pro > TCR Brand Management.

  2. Create a brand with guided steps, including employer identification number (EIN) lookup, contact details, and terms acceptance with audit logging.

  3. Create campaigns that pull in brand data, prompt for missing fields, and record every change.

  4. Associate phone numbers to campaigns with clear validation, including a 49-number limit per campaign.

  5. Review brand and campaign status in one place and edit details while ServiceTitan keeps a full audit trail.

Impact: Lower risk of carrier issues, clearer records for audits, and faster texting setup for every new brand and campaign.
