This improvement gives you a single The Campaign Registry (TCR) Brand Management screen in ServiceTitan so your team can set up multiple mixed use brands and campaigns, and associate phone numbers with clear steps and built-in checks.

What's changing?
Before, your team used the legacy You are Registered for Texting screen to manage The Campaign Registry (TCR) brand and campaign details. You had to gather your employer identification number (EIN) and company data from other tools, type everything in by hand, and try to keep track of limits and compliance steps on their own. Now, a new TCR Brand Management module in Phone Settings brings brand creation, campaign setup, number association, EIN lookup, terms acceptance, and soon audit logging into one guided screen, so your workflows for texting stay organized and compliant in a single place.
