Mandatory Workflow Change
This change will automatically apply to all customers with this release. Review the new workflow and update your team training materials before the release date.
This improvement enhances the existing Field Pro settings with advanced management and visibility capabilities that centralize technician setup, enabling faster onboarding and proactive issue resolution before problems reach the field.

What's changing?
Before, you had to open each technician and manage Field Pro settings one by one. There was no simple way to apply the same configuration to a group of technicians, and it was harder to see who was missing key setup. Now, the Field Pro Configuration Settings page lets you manage Field Pro settings in bulk from a single place. You can assign or move technicians between teams in bulk, control recording cancellation for groups of technicians, and turn Field Pro Standard on or off for many technicians at the same time. This release also adds a new Day In Review default time at the organization level, which you can override for specific technicians when needed. You still can fine-tune settings per technician, but now most Field Pro technician setup can now be handled in bulk instead of individually.
