Field Mobile App
View and manage a consolidated project invoice in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App: This improvement gives technicians a single, consolidated view of the project invoice across all jobs in a project directly from the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App, so they can review line items, collect signatures, process payments, and share the invoice without leaving the field. This feature is currently in Early Access. If you're interested in participating in the Early Access, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM). What this means for you:
A roofing crew lead wraps up a multi-phase roof replacement that spanned a tear-off job and an installation job. Instead of reviewing each job invoice separately, they open the consolidated project invoice in the Field Mobile App to confirm all materials and labor are captured before presenting the total to the homeowner.
A technician collects the homeowner's acknowledgement signature at the project level directly in the app after completing a storm damage repair that required multiple job visits, then processes the remaining project balance as a single payment on site.
When the customer requests a copy of their invoice, the technician taps Present and ServiceTitan uses the roofing company's configured Document Template Manager layout—keeping branding and formatting consistent with what the office sends for every project.
Order and view measurements from jobs in the Field Mobile App to reduce handoffs and keep proposals moving forward: This is a new feature that lets field users view existing measurement records and PDFs and order new measurements from approved providers — EagleView, GAF QuickMeasure, and Hover — directly from a job in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App. What this means for you:
A roofing salesperson arrives at a home for a damage assessment. They open the job in the Field Mobile App, find the EagleView measurement PDF that the office ordered previously, and use it to build a proposal on the spot — no calls to the office needed.
A technician on a residential re-roof job realizes the original measurement order did not include an attached garage. They tap Order Measurement, select GAF QuickMeasure, drop a pin on the correct structure, and submit the new order from the job screen.
After submitting a Hover order in the field, a salesperson receives a push notification when the measurement is ready. They open the PDF in the app and review dimensions before leaving the site.
Manage and sell estimates on completed jobs: This improvement gives technicians and salespeople a full set of estimate actions on completed jobs in the Field Mobile App, so follow-on work can be sold and managed without switching apps or returning to the office. What this means for you:
A roofing salesperson completes a storm damage assessment and marks the job complete. The homeowner decides to add gutter replacement to the project. The salesperson sells the existing gutter estimate as Perform Work Later so the office can schedule the production job.
After a reroof inspection is completed, a salesperson edits a sold estimate to update shingle specifications after the homeowner upgrades their selection. With the sold estimate editing configuration enabled, the change is made from the roof—even without connectivity—and syncs automatically when back online.
A roofing technician adds aerial measurement attachments and energy savings data to an estimate on a completed job before the salesperson presents the final proposal.
Capture follow-up work and documentation on completed jobs in the Field Mobile App: This improvement enables technicians and salespeople to add estimates, notes, media, purchase orders, and forms to completed jobs directly in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App, keeping follow-up documentation in the system where it belongs. What this means for you:
A roofing technician marks a storm damage repair job complete, then photographs additional areas of concern the homeowner flagged post-completion. They tap Add Media—uploads queue offline and sync when the technician leaves the site.
A roofing salesperson finishes an initial assessment on a completed job and spots an upsell for a full reroof. They tap Add Custom Estimate to build a proposal on the spot without leaving the completed job context.
After closing out a roofing job, the crew lead realizes extra underlayment was used. They create a purchase order (PO) on the completed job to capture the material costs, which sync to the invoice automatically.
