Spot at-risk accounts and upsell openings with AI Account Management

AI Account Management is a new feature that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to score every account in ServiceTitan CRM overnight, so you can see which accounts are on track, which are slipping, and which are ready for more work without opening each one.

What's new

Reviewing an account used to mean opening it and clicking through jobs, equipment, estimates and payments, then piecing the story together yourself, which meant follow-ups got missed and revenue you already had a claim to surfaced late. Now ServiceTitan reviews that history for you overnight and gives you a new Account Management screen at CRM > Account Management, where every account carries an AI-assigned Tier, an AI Health Score and an AI Upsell Signal alongside lifetime revenue, year-to-date revenue and its trend, locations, open opportunities and balance due. You can sort and filter that list to find the accounts that need attention, open a detail view on any AI column to see the score and the numbers behind it, and read a short AI summary at the top of the Customer screen with next-best actions for that account. Health reads On Track, Stable or At Risk, Tier reads Platinum, Gold or Silver, and Upsell Signal reads Strong, Fair or Weak. Every figure on the screen comes from the most recent overnight run rather than from the current moment, and each account shows when it was last analyzed.

Workflow comparison — before & after

1.Open an account ahead of a check-in call.
1.Go to CRM > Account Management.
2.Click through the jobs, equipment, estimates and payment tabs on that account.
2.Read the summary row at the top for total accounts, total revenue, average health score, how many accounts sit in critical health, how many carry a strong upsell signal, and how many have open opportunities.
3.Read the raw history and work out for yourself whether the relationship is healthy.
3.Sort or filter the list by Tier, Health Score or Upsell Signal to bring the accounts that need attention to the top.
4.Decide from memory whether there is more work to sell.
4.Open the detail view on an AI column to see the score, a one-line recommendation, and the operational numbers behind it.
5.Repeat for every account on your list.
5.Open the Customer screen for that account, read the AI summary at the top, expand it for opportunities, billing, jobs and appointments, and leave a thumbs up or thumbs down on what you see.
⚠ Account reviews take a long time, rely on what each person happens to remember, and let renewals and follow-ups slip past their moment.
✓ You start the day with a ranked view of your accounts instead of building one by hand, and the accounts at risk or ready to buy are visible before you make the first call.

How it works for your industry

Commercial Service and Replacement
  • An account manager covering fifty commercial properties opens the Account Management screen on Monday morning, filters to accounts with an At Risk health score, and finds three accounts whose service volume has fallen off since last year. Those three become the week's outreach list instead of whoever happens to be top of mind.
  • Before a quarterly review with a long-standing account, a sales manager opens the AI summary on the Customer screen and reads the next-best actions, the billing position and recent job activity in one place, so the meeting opens with the right subject rather than a recap.
  • A manager filters the list to accounts with a Strong upsell signal and an open balance, hands the clean ones to the account owner for a replacement conversation, and routes the rest to collections first, so proposals go out to accounts that can act on them.

How to prepare

01
Have an administrator reach out to Support or your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to have AI Account Management and any prerequisite configurations enabled. AI Account Management is in Private Preview, so access is limited to accounts that ServiceTitan adds to the preview group, and it requires the ServiceTitan Max package.
02
Confirm ServiceTitan CRM is turned on for your account, because AI Account Management sits inside it at CRM > Account Management and draws on your open opportunities.
03
Check that each account has an account manager assigned, so the Account Manager column sorts and filters the way your team divides its book of business.
04
Brief your account management and sales teams on what the three labels mean and on where the figures come from, so nobody reads a score as a live number. Every value reflects the most recent overnight run, and each account shows when it was last analyzed.
