Protect shared form templates and prevent unauthorized edits with TitanExchange Forms Lock

What's changing?

Before this enhancement, integrations with TitanExchange could modify shared Forms templates without consistently checking whether a form was locked. This created a risk of unintended changes to standardized content across connected tenants. With TitanExchange Forms Lock, the system now enforces lock status during all template operations for Forms. A Locked indicator appears next to the name of locked forms on the Forms screen. When a form is locked, the edit icon is replaced with a view icon, and the Published/Unpublished status cannot be changed.

Before and After

Before (Current)

  1. Open a shared Forms template in Enterprise Hub.

  2. Make changes.

  3. Save and close.

  4. Lock status is not enforced.

Impact: Risk of unintended edits to shared templates.

After

  1. Open a shared Forms template in Enterprise Hub.

  2. Attempt to make changes.

  3. TitanExchange checks lock status.

  4. If locked, changes are blocked.

  5. Only unlocked templates can be edited.

Impact: Protects shared templates from unwanted changes, improving control and governance.
