Resend contracts for signature and send signed PDFs from the Field Mobile App
This enhancement lets field sales reps resend a contract for signature, download the current contract PDF, and send the signed copy by email, all from the Field Mobile App, without going back to the office or asking someone there to do it.

What's changing
Before this enhancement, resending a contract, downloading the contract PDF, and emailing a signed copy could only be done from the office, so a rep who needed to nudge a homeowner who had not signed, hand over a current PDF, or send the signed copy had to drive back or call someone at the office to do it for them. Those three actions now appear in the Field Mobile App on the contract's own action menu, and the resend is selective: ServiceTitan pre-selects only the signers who have not signed yet, so a homeowner who already signed is not asked again and the signature you already collected stays in place.

1.You send a contract to two homeowners for signature.
1.Open the job in the Field Mobile App and go to the Contracts tab.
2.One homeowner signs in person while you are on site. The second plans to sign by email and never does.
2.Tap the kebab icon on the contract card to open the Contract Actions sheet.
3.You call the office and ask someone to resend the contract.
3.Tap Resend for Signature. ServiceTitan pre-selects the signers who have not signed yet and leaves the signers who have already signed unselected.
4.The office resends the contract to both homeowners, and the signature you already collected is cleared.
4.Tap Resend Now to send the signing request to only that homeowner. The contract status does not change and no signature is cleared.
5.You wait for both homeowners to sign again.
5.After every signer has signed, tap Email Signed Contract to send the executed copy to the recipients you choose. Tap Download Contract at any point to save a copy that reflects the signatures collected at that moment.
⚠ Chasing a single missing signature takes a phone call to the office, pulls someone else off their work, and costs you the signature you had already collected.
✓ You finish the follow-up before you leave the driveway, nobody at the office is involved, and no homeowner receives an email they did not need to get.
How it works for your industry
Roofing and Exteriors
- A roofing sales rep writes a full replacement contract in the driveway after a storm inspection. One homeowner signs, the other is at work, and the rep resends to that homeowner alone before driving to the next inspection.
- A homeowner deletes the signing email by mistake. The rep resends it from the truck without disturbing the co-signer's signature or changing anything on the contract.
- After both homeowners sign, the rep emails the executed contract so the homeowner can forward it to their insurance adjuster the same day.
How to prepare

Have an administrator reach out to Support or your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to have Contract Builder and any prerequisite configurations enabled. Contract Builder is currently in Early Access and not available for all accounts.

Check that the field roles who sell in the Field Mobile App hold the permission that controls the Contracts tab. This is an existing permission, not a new one. No permission is added or changed by this release, and it gates the Contracts tab and every action on it.

Identify the reps who most often chase a second signature after leaving a job, and walk them through the difference between the two resend paths. Resend Now re-sends the signing request without changing the contract or clearing any signature. Resend followed by Make Changes opens the contract builder so you can correct an email address or edit the message, and sending from there clears the signatures already collected and returns the contract to draft. ServiceTitan warns you on screen before that happens.

Tell your reps these three actions need a connection. Resend, Download PDF, and Email Signed PDF are online only and do not appear when the device is offline.
