What's New

Previously, TitanExchange supported standardizing content like forms, job types, business units, and pricebook items across your Enterprise Hub network, but you had to set up Payment Terms by hand in every tenant. Now, Payment Terms is a supported TitanExchange template type. From a Template Tenant, you can push a Payment Terms configuration, including due dates, discounts, penalties, and interest settings, to any number of tenants in your network. You can lock pushed Payment Terms so tenants cannot change them locally, and publish future changes for tenants to review and apply from the Updates screen.

Workflow comparison — before & after

← Before
✓ After
1.Create a Payment Terms record, such as Net 30, by hand in one tenant.
1.Open TitanExchange from a Template Tenant.
2.Sign into each other tenant separately to apply the same terms.
2.Select Payment Terms and push it to one or more tenants in your network.
3.Re-enter the same due date, discount, penalty, and interest settings by hand.
3.Lock the Payment Terms so tenants cannot change them locally.
4.Repeat this process for every tenant in your network.
4.Publish changes later. Tenants see them on their Updates screen and apply them.
⚠ Keeping payment terms consistent across a multi-tenant network takes manual, repetitive setup and creates room for mismatched terms between tenants.
✓ You can standardize payment terms across every tenant in your network from one place, and keep them consistent going forward.

How it works for your industry

All business types
  • A franchise operating multiple locations wants every location billing on "Net 30 with a 2% early payment discount." The administrator pushes this Payment Term from the Template Tenant to every location and locks it, so all locations bill on the same terms without re-entering them.

How to prepare

01Have an administrator reach out to Support or your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to have Enable Titan Exchange and any prerequisite configurations enabled.
02Identify which tenant in your network will serve as the Template Tenant for Payment Terms.
03Confirm the Payment Terms values, due dates, discounts, penalties, and interest settings, you want to standardize before pushing them.
04Train administrators on how to push, lock, and change Payment Terms from TitanExchange.
05Bookmark the TitanExchange knowledge base article for team reference.
