Atlas in Marketing Pro is a new feature that uses AI to analyze your ServiceTitan data and deliver personalized, expected-revenue-ranked campaign recommendations directly inside Campaign Manager.

What's new?

Before Atlas, choosing which marketing campaigns to run meant browsing a template library, identifying the right audience, and configuring everything from scratch. Teams without dedicated marketing staff often delayed or skipped high-value follow-ups like unsold estimate reminders, membership renewals, and re-engagement campaigns.

Atlas in Marketing Pro changes this by surfacing AI-powered campaign recommendations ranked by expected revenue impact or audience size. Recommendations now appear directly in Campaign Manager as a hero panel with cards you can act on immediately. You can also open Atlas from the Autopilot Library to get recommendations for campaigns using starter prompts or a conversational chat interface. Atlas suggests the strategy, builds the audience, drafts the message, and walks you through launch. You can also ask Atlas how your campaigns are performing and what to improve next.

Before (Current)

  1. Go to Marketing and click Create Campaign and choose Autopilot.

  2. Browse the template library and select a campaign without guidance on what will drive the most revenue.

  3. Manually adjust the email copy switch to Advanced Editing to manually edit the audience and content.

  4. Launch the campaign and monitor results separately.

Impact: Campaign setup takes significant time and requires marketing expertise. High-value opportunities like unsold estimates or expiring memberships are missed because there is no prioritized guidance.

  1. Go to Marketing and open Campaign Manager. Atlas recommendations appear at the top of the screen, ranked by revenue impact.

  2. Review a recommendation card to see the campaign summary, audience size, and expected impact.

  3. Click the recommendation to open Atlas and refine the audience, messaging, or strategy through a conversational interface.

  4. Launch the campaign directly from Atlas. You can launch multiple campaigns in minutes.

  5. Ask Atlas how your campaigns are performing and what to improve next.

How to prepare?

  1. Confirm your account has Marketing Pro. If you don't already have Marketing Pro and are interested, request a demo on our Pro Products page, or reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Pro Account Manager (PAM).

  2. Have an administrator reach out to Support or your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to have Atlas in Marketing Pro and any prerequisite configurations enabled.

  3. Identify which team members manage your marketing campaigns and make sure they have access to Marketing Pro. Atlas recommendations appear in Campaign Manager for all office employees with Marketing Pro access.

  4. Review your current campaign strategy and note any high-priority opportunities like unsold estimates, expiring memberships, or inactive customers. Atlas will surface these automatically, but knowing your priorities helps you act on recommendations faster.

  5. Train your team on how to use the Atlas conversational interface. Atlas can suggest strategies, build audiences, draft messages, and explain campaign performance. Share these capabilities with your marketing team so they can take full advantage.
