This improvement to Marketing Pro Enterprise lets you link pushed campaign templates to Atlas Recommendation Strategies, giving Atlas the context it needs to recommend your branded campaigns to franchise owners instead of ServiceTitan defaults.

What's changing?
When you push a campaign as a template in Enterprise Hub, the Push as Template form now includes an Atlas Recommendation Strategy dropdown. Select a strategy to tell Atlas which recommendation opportunity this campaign should fulfill — for example, an unsold estimate follow-up or a seasonal promotion. When a strategy is assigned to any campaign in your network, Atlas recommends only your branded campaigns for that opportunity and stops surfacing ServiceTitan default campaigns. If no strategy is selected, the campaign is pushed as a standard template and Atlas will not recommend it. You can update or remove the linked strategy after a template has been pushed, and changes take effect immediately for future recommendations.

How to prepare?
Have an administrator reach out to Support or your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to have the Atlas Recommendation Strategy configuration and any prerequisite configurations enabled.
Identify which campaigns in your Enterprise Hub library align with each Atlas recommendation opportunity. Review your active campaign templates and decide which strategies to assign before or after the release.
