What's new
Filling a gap in the schedule has meant noticing it first. Today that means opening Ads Optimizer, choosing business units, dragging a slider to set how many days ahead to watch, setting low and high capacity thresholds, and waiting for an email alert. After the alert arrives, the campaign still has to be built by hand. With Demand Orchestration in Command Center, ServiceTitan forecasts the next two weeks of bookings against each business unit's own booking goal, measured in job hours. When a business unit is tracking short, a recommendation appears in Workspace naming the business unit, the size of the shortfall, and a specific Marketing Pro Autopilot campaign built to close it, along with a plain language reason for why that campaign was chosen. The campaign can be reviewed and launched from the same screen, or adjusted with Atlas first.

3.Select a campaign, go to its Capacity Awareness column, and select Enable.
3.Select Review Campaign to check the audience and message before sending, or select Discuss with Atlas to adjust the campaign first.
4.Choose the business units to monitor, set how many days ahead to watch capacity, set the lowest and highest capacity thresholds, and add the email addresses that should be notified.

5.Wait for an email alert, then build and launch a campaign to fill the gap.
⚠ A slow stretch is often noticed midweek, after several days of technician capacity are already gone, and closing the gap means building a campaign from scratch.
✓ The shortfall and the campaign that closes it appear on the same screen, up to two weeks before the gap reaches the schedule, with a review step still in your hands.
How it works for your industry
Residential Service and Replacement
A heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) shop sets a booking goal for its service crew. Two weeks out, the crew is forecast to fall 52 job hours short, and a maintenance promotion is recommended with the audience and channels already set.
A plumbing business unit is tracking under its booking goal heading into a slow stretch. Instead of building a campaign by hand, the recommendation arrives with a plain language reason explaining why that campaign was chosen for that business unit.
An electrical business unit has open estimate value sitting unclosed. A follow up campaign is recommended so the estimates can be worked before the schedule softens.
How to prepare
01
This feature is currently in Private Preview and not available for all accounts. It also requires ServiceTitan Max.
02
Confirm your account has Marketing Pro. If you don't already have Marketing Pro and are interested, you can also request a demo on our Pro Products page, or reach out to your CSM or PAM.
03
Have an administrator reach out to Support or your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to have Demand Orchestration and any prerequisite configurations enabled. Access is currently by request only.
04
Confirm Adaptive Capacity is configured and your capacity is grouped by business unit. The forecast reads capacity at the business unit level, so recommendations only appear where that grouping is in place.
05
Confirm Ads Optimizer is enabled and Capacity Awareness is turned on for each campaign, with ads mapped to the correct business unit.
06
Set a booking goal in job hours for each business unit, and align your team on who reviews and launches a recommended campaign so recommendations do not sit unactioned.
