The Content Portal is an improvement to the Field Mobile App that lets technicians view office-uploaded videos and resources right from the field.
What’s changing with Content Portal?
Before, technicians could not access office-uploaded content like training videos or documents from the Field Mobile App. Now, the Content Portal brings those resources into the app—available online, and tailored to technician assignments. Office uploads like videos, documents, and links appear in the Content Portal, and technicians can pull to refresh to see the latest content.
