Spam likely designation on customers' cell phones, how to resolve with cell phone carriers and remove the spam designation.
Problem
When a number is used to contact a customer via an outbound call, sometimes the caller ID is flagged as spam, it will appear on the customer's cell phone as “Spam likely”. This designation comes from the recipient's carrier and can be resolved with the following workflow.
Solution
Removing spam likely designation from tracking numbers
Collect all phone numbers being flagged as spam likely.
Contact Carriers and fill out the call reporting details at Free Caller Registry.
After all forms are filled out and submitted you should receive a response about getting the designation removed.
