What is the process for porting out phone numbers from ServiceTitan to a new phone carrier?

Problem

You need to port out phone numbers from ServiceTitan to another carrier.

Solution

Provide the screenshot of your ServiceTitan phone numbers and follow the instructions by your new phone carrier.

Port your phone numbers to a new phone provider

1. Send a screenshot of your phone numbers in Settings > Phone Numbers and ask your new phone provider to submit the port request.        

   Note: The port request must include the same zip code that is on your ServiceTitan account.

2. If a past invoice is requested by your new provider, download copies by going to Settings > Billing. This must be done before your final date with ServiceTitan.

3. If your ServiceTitan account number is requested by your new phone provider, use your numerical Tenant ID.        

   1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings.

   2. Click Integrations > API Application Access to find your Tenant ID.
