Use the Exteriors Sales Rep Dashboard in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App

Overview

The Exteriors Sales Rep Dashboard is a home screen built for field sales representatives. It replaces the standard Home screen with a daily brief, a ranked list of the actions that need your attention today, and one-tap ways to complete them.

Instead of scanning every past appointment to decide what matters, you open the app and see what changed, what's at risk, and what to do first. This helps you keep follow-ups moving and prevents open opportunities from going cold.

Who uses this feature

  • Sales representatives

  • Primarily benefits Roofing/Exterior trades

Feature configuration

  • This feature is currently in Private Preview and available for specific accounts. It is subject to change.

  • Account configuration and office setup are required to use this feature. Please contact your office for details.

  • You must have Sales as your company position to see the dashboard experience.

Things to know

  • Once the feature is turned on for your account and your Company Position is set to Sales, this dashboard becomes your Home screen. There is no per-user setting to switch back.

  • If your Company Position is set to both Sales and another position, you see the sales dashboard.

  • Tapping a priority opens its details in an embedded view inside the app.

  • The estimate value shown on a priority card is the sold estimate value. If there is no sold estimate, it shows the highest estimate value on the job. If the job has no estimate, no value appears.

  • The Today's Priorities section is hidden when you have no active priorities.

  • The priority count in the section header updates as you complete or skip items.

Best practices

  • Open your Daily Brief at the start of the day, before your first appointment, so you know what changed overnight.

  • Work your priorities in the order they appear. The list is ordered so the most time-sensitive and highest-value items come first.

  • Disposition every priority, even the ones you decide not to act on. Marking an item ‘won't do’ keeps your queue accurate.

  • Use the priority list between appointments rather than at the end of the day, when follow-ups are more likely to be missed.

Use cases

  • You finish an inspection and want to know which follow-up to make before your next appointment.

  • A project moved to a new status overnight and you want to see what changed without opening each job.

  • A contract is waiting on your countersignature and you want to complete it from your phone.

  • You have a queue task assigned from the production or insurance queue and want to action it without leaving the app.

  • You want to see everything outstanding in one list, grouped by job, rather than one card at a time.
