Send shipments from vendors to technician’s address using Truck ReplenishmentLast updated on 10/28/2022

Ship purchase order (PO) items directly from a vendor to a technician’s home by selecting the technician’s address as the Ship To Address on the PO. This eliminates the need for technicians to go to the warehouse or office to pick up a shipment for a job or replenishment.

Send shipments using Truck Replenishment

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Invoice.

  2. On the side menu, click Truck Replenishment.

  3. Click the Pending PO’s tab.

  4. Click a PO for the items you want to ship directly to a technician's address. The Purchase order details fly-out opens.

  5. Click Edit PO Items.

  6. Under Ship to Address, select Technician Address. Note: The technicians who are listed in the PO line item have their addresses listed. If there are no technicians or more than two technicians listed in line item PO, then you can’t select a technician’s address for shipment. To update a technician’s address, see Add or edit employee or technician profiles.

  7. When you’re done, click Save.
