Choose your greetingLast updated on 03/22/2022

After you have set up phone integration, choose or add a greeting. This recording is the first thing your customers hear, so be sure to pick something that represents your business and welcomes your customers.

Add a greeting

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings icon-settings.png.

  2. In the side panel, click Phones & Phone Numbers.

  3. From the dropdown, choose a greeting.

  • If you are currently using a greeting and want to remove it without choosing another greeting, click x.

  • If the greeting you want to use isn’t in the system, click Set Custom Greeting and use the pop-up to upload the greeting. The file can be uploaded from your computer or from a URL.

4. When you're done, click Save.
