Choose your greetingLast updated on 03/22/2022
After you have set up phone integration, choose or add a greeting. This recording is the first thing your customers hear, so be sure to pick something that represents your business and welcomes your customers.
Add a greeting
Go to the navigation bar and click Settings
.
In the side panel, click Phones & Phone Numbers.
From the dropdown, choose a greeting.
If you are currently using a greeting and want to remove it without choosing another greeting, click x.
If the greeting you want to use isn’t in the system, click Set Custom Greeting and use the pop-up to upload the greeting. The file can be uploaded from your computer or from a URL.
4. When you're done, click Save.
