Clock technicians in and out from the Dispatch BoardLast updated on 03/22/2022

Note: If you cannot access clock in / clock out, contact your account administrator to have the permission enabled.


Clock in a technician from the Dispatch Board

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Dispatch. The Dispatch Board opens.

  2. Click the profile picture of the technician you want to clock in. From the dropdown, select Clock In/Out.

  3. Enter the technician’s clock-in time.

  4. Click Save.


Clock out a technician from the Dispatch Board

  1. To set a clock-out time, go to the Dispatch Board and click the technician’s profile picture. In the Clock out field, enter the clock-out time.

  2. Click Save.


Action canceled messages

The clock-in time must be before the technician’s first job or non-job event of the day. If you enter clock-in time after the technician’s first job or non-job event, an alert appears and the action is canceled.

The clock-out time must be after the technician’s last job or non-job event of the day. If you enter a clock-out time before the technician’s last job or non-job event, an alert appears and the action is canceled.
