Attach a visit to an existing Job
To attach a service agreement visit to an existing job:
Using search, find the job you want to attach the visit to.
From the job record, scroll down to the Service Agreement Visit section.
Note: The box shows the total number of available service agreement visits that are unscheduled.

Click Attach Visit.
Select the unscheduled service agreement visit that you want to attach to the job.
Note: Some visits may include warnings that appear when the job details do not match the visit details, such as when the job type is different from the job type on the visit. These warnings do not prevent you from selecting a visit, but they help you choose the right visit to attach to the job.
Click Attach to Job.
This attaches the unscheduled service agreement visit to the job.
