Overview

Attach Service Agreement visits to an already booked job from the office side. Associate Service Agreement Visits to existing jobs in case the technicians completed the agreement work without marking the job as a Service Agreement Visit. This improves record accuracy, supports contract compliance, and streamlines operational workflows.


Who uses this feature

  • Administrators, accountants, estimators, project managers, and operations managers.

  • Primarily benefits Commercial Service and Replacement, and Commercial Construction business types

  • Applies to all trades

Feature configuration

  • Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact your success manager for details.

Things to know

  • Attach a Service Agreement Visit only if it is for the same customer location.

  • To attach the visit to a job, the job's invoice should not be posted or exported.

  • Currently, you can only attach one visit per job.

Attach a visit to an existing Job

To attach a service agreement visit to an existing job:

  1. Using search, find the job you want to attach the visit to.

  2. From the job record, scroll down to the Service Agreement Visit section.        

    Note: The box shows the total number of available service agreement visits that are unscheduled.

    Four unscheduled service agreement visits available for this job, with an option to attach.

  3. Click Attach Visit.

  4. Select the unscheduled service agreement visit that you want to attach to the job. service visit from a list of unscheduled maintenance agreements.        

    Note: Some visits may include warnings that appear when the job details do not match the visit details, such as when the job type is different from the job type on the visit. These warnings do not prevent you from selecting a visit, but they help you choose the right visit to attach to the job.

  5. Click Attach to Job.

This attaches the unscheduled service agreement visit to the job.
