Now, with ServiceTitan's new Winsupply Full Procurement Integration, you'll get up-to-date catalog and pricing updates and a smoother workflow to send purchase orders electronically to Winsupply. Check pricing and availability of items across Winsupply locations before submitting your purchase orders. [New] First class of regional suppliers go live to streamline procurement:

• Starting winter 2025, ServiceTitan will roll out its first class of regional suppliers to go live on the Full Procurement Integration as part of the Supply Chain Integration program:

  • APR Supply

  • Famous Supply

  • Reece/Morsco

• These regional suppliers will provide up-to-date product catalogs, customer-specific pricing, and the ability for contractors to send electronic purchase orders directly into their system from ServiceTitan. Before sending the purchase orders, customers can check the items’ real-time pricing and availability at the supplier’s branch locations directly from ServiceTitan. See the following for more:

[NEW] Use the new Famous Supply integration and streamline your procurement process

• This new integration allows you to access Famous Supply’s product catalog, view customer-specific pricing, submit purchase orders electronically, and check real-time pricing and availability for items. Previously, you had to manually manage pricebooks and contact Famous Supply through email or phone for orders. Now, this integration reduces the time spent on administrative tasks and ensures accurate procurement workflows. See the following for more:

• This helps reduce the hours spent viewing costs for items added or mapped from vendor catalogs, enabling faster and more informed decision-making. Previously, pricing details were available only after several manual steps and delays, but now pricing is shown instantly for supported Full Procurement Integration suppliers.
